Due to the Nature of Our Business, All Sales are Final. Please be Sure to Double Check that Your Personalization Information is Correct Prior to Submitting your Order. There will be a Fee to Correct any Errors do to Customer Misshape.

Orders Cannot be Cancelled Once Placed - We Begin Production Right Away in Order to Meet Our Processing Timeline. Please Allow 2 -3 Weeks To Create Your Item(s). Items May Ship Sooner Depending on Order Volume.

In the Event You Receive a Damaged Item, Please Inform Us within 48 Hours of Delivery. Please Email a Photo of the Damaged Item Along with a Description of the Damage to be Eligible for a Free Replacement.

In the Event You Receive an Item that Was Made in Error, Please Send a Photograph Along with a Description of the Item that was Made Incorrectly and We Will Mail You a Replacement As Soon As Possible.

Due to our High Production Rate, we do not Provide Proofs Prior to Production

Any request to change the personalization after the Item has been created will incur a replacement fee.
